Mother and Baby Yoga

Following on from your prenatal yoga course, bond with your newborn through fun classes and relaxation classes, improve baby’s development through yoga whilst increasing your phsyical fitness and slowly helping your body back into it’s pre-pregnancy shape.

Have fun with other new mums and their babies and join the support network as well as diet and nutrition through breastfeeding advice and support.

Please note - your baby must be 6+ weeks to attend.
